摘    要:介绍了以环己烷为原料通过催化氧化法合成环己酮的国内外现状和最新进展。综述了催化氧化环己烷过程中的溶剂效应。重点介绍了分子筛催化氧化法、金属负载和金属氧化物催化氧化法、光催化氧化法、仿生催化氧化法以及Gif体系催化氧化法等合成环己酮技术,并对各种方法的优缺点进行了比较和讨论。展望了催化氧化环己烷合成环己酮的发展方向。

Abstract:The latest progress and current situation on home and abroad are introduced. The solvent effect in catalytic oxidation of cyclohexane to cyclohexanone at catalytic oxidation of cyclohexane is overviewed. The methods of catalytic oxidation of cyclohexane to cyclohexanone, including molecular sieve catalytic oxidation, metal supported and metal oxide catalytic oxidation, photocatalytic oxidation, biomimetic catalytic oxidation, and Gif system catalytic oxidation, are mainly summrazed. The advantage and disadvantage among those methods are compared and discussed as well. Finally, the prospect of catalytic oxidation of cyclohexane to cyclohexanone is presented.
