钙熔盐电解过程中石墨阳极保护涂层研究

摘    要:分析了钙熔盐电解过程石墨阳极消耗的两个因素,即主要有氧化消耗和物理破损.研究了选用涂层原料应考虑的因素,通过实验研制出具有抗氧化性能的涂层,并对涂层的抗氧化性能进行测试,结果表明该涂层对高温抗氧化是有效的.

Abstract:The consumption of the graphite anode in the calcium molten salt electrolysis process is analyzed, which includes oxidation consumption and physics damage. Through experiments the coating with oxidation protection is developed. According to the performance test, the results shows that the coating is effective in resisting the oxidation in the high temperature.
