催化裂化劣质柴油改质技术

摘    要:对我国和美国催化裂化柴油的质量进行了比较。分析了采用碱精制、加氢精制、中压加氢改质和溶剂精制等技术对催化裂化劣质柴油改质的利弊及其效果。重点讨论了中压加氢改质工艺中柴油方案、多产化工原料方案和生产化工原料兼产航煤方案。最后指出中压加氢改质和加氢裂化是催化裂化劣质柴油改质的较理想工艺。

Abstract:Qualities of domestic and American FCC gas oils were compared. Pros and cons as well as the effect of upgrading inferior FCC gas oils by caustic treating, hydrotreating, middle pressure hydro-upgrading and solvent refining etc. were analyzed. Options of middle pressure hydro-upgrading for maximum diesel, for maximum chemical feedstocks and for chemical feedstocks plus aviation kerosene were emphatically discussed. It was pointed out that middle pressure hydroupgrading and hydrocracking are ideal processes for inferior FCC gas oil upgrading.
