钢铁企业的生产物流管理模式研究

由于钢铁企业的生产是化学加工和物理加工相混合的长流程生产模式，其内部的生产物流管理具有很强的行业特点。从钢铁企业生产运行实际出发，具体分析了钢铁生产物流管理的要点，提出了钢铁企业生产物流管理的基本构成和需解决的关键问题，并进一步阐述了相应的管理策略和解决方案。

STUDY ON PRODUCTION-LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT MODEL FOR IRON AND STEEL ENTERPRISES

The production of iron and steel enterprises is a long term manufacture mode mixed with chemical process and physical process. Therefore, compared with other industries, it has its own character as to its inner production logistics management. On the basis of the practice of iron and steel enterprises operation and through analyzing the essence of the iron and steel production logistics management, this paper puts forward the concept of basic structure and presents the key problems, which should be solved soon for the efficient management. Meanwhile, the author also points out the corresponding management strategy and solution to these problems.
