聚丙烯/玻璃钢复合管的研制

摘    要:以聚丙烯(PP)为内衬,表面经特殊处理后与玻璃钢(FRP)牢固地结合成整体,形成独特的PP/FRP复合结构。PP/FRP复合器材的轴向拉伸强度、轴向压缩强度和界面抗剪强度分别大于130MPa,150MPa及8.5MPa.

Abstract:The double layer tube was preparated by polypropylene (PP) and fiberglass reinforced plastic(FRP)composite. The inside compound was PP and outside was FRP.The interface between pp and FRP was treatmented specially. The tensile strength,compressive strength, interface shear strength is 130 MPa,150 MPa,8.5 MPa,respectively.
