摘    要:从设计思想、制造及装配工艺、检修维护、运行管理等方面,综合分析元宝山发电厂600MW汽轮机低压叶片断裂的原因,根据改型前后叶片的安装和工作情况,从叶片的静动强度、断口特征、运行指标等方面探讨事故根源;还结合机组的通流尺2和运行工况,提出改进叶片安全性的措施。

Abstract:The causes for low pressure blade cracks of 600 MW steam turbine in Yuanbaoshan Power Plant are compre comprehensively analyzed in terms of design concept. manufacturing and assembling techmology, repair and maintenance, and operation and management etc. aspects. Based upon the blade assembling and working situation before and after retrofitting, the failure roots are discussed and studied from the static and dynamic strengths of blade, cracking features and operation indices etc. aspects. Finally, combined with flow passage dimensions and operation conditions, the measures for improving blade safety are proposed.
