纤维材料吸声性能的试验研究

摘    要:测试研究了有代表性的14种不同材质、不同截面几何形状及尺寸大小的纤维材料;在不同容重和不同厚度情况下吸声系数随不同噪声频率的变化值.通过数万个数据的分析处理,初步查明了不同材质、不同截面几何形状及尺寸大小纤维吸声降噪材料的不同容重和厚度对吸声系数的影响,从而对纤维吸声降噪材料的理论研究和应用选择提供了一定的依据和参考.

Abstract:The sound-absorbing coefficients of 14 typical fiber Materials with different geometrical cros-sec tion forms and sizes are measured and studied.The measurement is carried out on the condition that the thickness and the unit weight of the material and the frequencey of the noise are changeable.The accuracy of the measurement is up to a thousandlth. After analysis and comparison of thousands upon thousands numbers,the effects of unit weight and thickness on sound-absorbing coefficients of sound-absorbing and noise-reducing materials with differ- ent materials and different geometrical cross-section forms and sizes are primarily found out. This experimental study provides reliable basis and reference for practical selection and further theo- retical research of sound-absorbing and noise-reducing fiber materials.
