基于射频识别技术的零件分拣系统

摘    要:设计了一个零件分拣系统,使零件从生产线下来后,直接上钩,通过阅读器对零件进行身份定义,经过后续处理区间到达包装区间,再由阅读器识别零件身份,自动分拣.实现了所有成品混型输出,生产线、后续处理和包装线之间无缝连接,零件分拣准确可靠.实现了生产过程中零件的零库存和设备负荷均衡化.

Abstract:Designed a sorting system,made the finished components being put to the hooks directly and being identified by the fixed readers at the side of the conveyor system,transited the area of followup treatments.Finally,the components were identified and sorted automatically in packing area.The hybrid output of finished products and seamless connection among production line,followup treatments and packing line can be achieved,the components were sorted reliably.No intermediate storage(NIS) can be well got,the equipments' loads were balanced.
