摘    要:本文分析了可控硅的常规控制方法,提出了一种利用微机实现可控硅连续调控的控制方法,实现了数字化精确预置和数字化PID快速控制,按此方法设计的控制器具有适用范围广,控制精度高等特点。

Abstract:The normal method of using semiconductor controled rectifier is analysized in this paper,and a new controlling means is put forward that is based on computer technology to adjust and control the S.C.R. for heatint.According to this new means,a controller which is designed to realize the precise numeric setting and numeric PID control has the following advantages such as wide utility range and high controlling accurancy etc..
