| Abstract: | The soil erosion is exremely severe on the Loess Plateau in morth Snaaxi Province. In order to solve the problem and sediment in the lower reaxges of the Yellow River, the soil and water conservation measures are put forward, which are biological measures, engineering measures and population concentrating, urbanization. |
