摘    要:印尼阿萨汉一级水电站(Asahan No.1Hydropower Station)引水系统地面式、超高、超大钢制调压井是目前亚洲最大的钢制调压井。该钢制调压井采用弧形钢板逐层拼焊而成。其内径相等,并在内壁设置有竖撑、横撑等加固部件。调压井的结构形式与安装方式以及现场特殊的地质条件决定了一般形式的起重机在施工现场没有安装基础,故无法完成安装。针对这一特点,设计了用于调压井管节安装的壁附式起重机的结构和提升方案。这为同类型用于钢制调压井施工的起重机设计技术提供了相关参考。

Abstract:The super-large and super-high on-ground steel surge tank of the headrace system for Asahan No.1 Hydropower Station in Indonesia is the largest steel surge tank in Asia at present.The steel surge tank is tailor-welded step by step with the pieces of curved steel plates;of which the inner diameter is equal with reinforcing components of vertical and lateral supports inside of the inner wall.As the results of the structural form and installation mode of the tank and its special in situ geological condition,there is no any mounting base for the conventional crane in the construction site,and then the installation of the tank cannot be implemented.Aiming at this,the structure and the lifting scheme of a wall-adhering crane for the installation of the segments of the tank are designed,which provide a relevant reference for the design of the crane for construction of the similar steel surge tank.
