高落差涵洞事故门井筒加固施工技术

摘    要:头屯河水库涵洞闸井事故门井筒加固范围总高30m,井筒四周封闭,施工作业面狭窄,属高空作业,在原井筒井壁老混凝土上进行衬砌加固,施工难度很大。为保证施工安全和质量,设计了工作平台制作安装、升降机制作安装和脚手架搭设等方案,较好地解决了高空垂直施工作业问题;采取有效措施控制新老混凝土结合的质量问题,施工质量达到了优良标准,实现了加固目的。

Abstract:The total height of the shaft reinforcement area is 30 m for the culvert emergency gate of the Toutun River reservoir.Since the shaft is closed and the operation side is narrow and high off of the ground,it is difficult to reinforce the old shaft lining.In order to ensure the safety and quality of construction,schemes for working platform manufacture,lift installation,and scaffold building were designed to solve the problems of high altitude vertical construction operation.Effective measures were also taken to control the bond quality of new and old concrete.Finally,the shaft was reinforced and the construction quality reached an excellent standard.
