| Abstract: | Based on the actual cases of claim,how to carry out the effective management of claim during the implementation of the international construction contract is analyzed herein in combination with the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction(1999 edition) from the aspect of a contractor,so as to throw out a minnow to catch a whale,and then help and acquaint more domestic construction contractors to know and grasp the techniques of the management for the claim during the implementation of the international construction contract concerned under the FIDIC conditions. |
