水工闸门锈蚀后动力性能研究

摘    要:以钢闸门为研究对象,考虑了流固耦合对锈蚀闸门动力性能的影响。通过有限元分析,选取闸门振型中对结构振动影响较大的低阶频率范围内振动的构件,对其进行不同程度的锈蚀模拟,从而得出闸门锈蚀后动力性能的变化规律并找出影响闸门自振频率变化显著的构件局部位置。通过分析锈蚀闸门构件对结构整体动力性能的影响,得出影响损伤闸门自振频率的因素,具体包括,损伤面的锈蚀程度、锈蚀面积的大小及锈蚀的位置等。为此,在实际检测中应重点对本文得出的影响闸门动力性能的局部构件即易造成闸门损害的部位做出评估判定。

Abstract:Taking hydraulic steel gate as a study object,the structural components those vibrate within a low order frequency range with larger impacts on the structural vibration in the vibrating pattern of gate are selected under the consideration of the impact from the fluid-struction interaction on the dynamic performance of the corroded gate,and then they are simulated for the various degrees of corrosion through the finite element analysis,thereby obtaining the variation law of the dynamic performance of the corroded gate and finding the locations on the structural components those have the significant impacts on the self-vibration frequency of gate.In accordance with the analysis on the impacts from the corroded components of gate,the factors to impact the self-vibration frequency of the damaged gate are got,i.e.the degree of the corrosion on the damaged surface,the size of the corroded area,the corroded locations,etc.Consequently,the relevant assessment and judgment must be made on the local structural components those have impacts on the dynamic performance of gate mentioned herein,viz.,the locations those are prone to cause the damage of gate.
