漫湾电站地下厂房岩锚梁层开挖爆破试验研究

摘    要:岩描梁是漫湾电站地下厂房的重要结构构件,为了指导岩描梁所在区域的爆破施工,避免爆 破开挖对岩描梁的扰动影响,在现场调研的基础上,结合岩描梁所在的厂房第l层中部拉槽开挖施 工,设计了五组典型爆破工况试验。通过对试验数据的分析回归,得出了爆破地震波的传播规律及开 挖爆破对岩描梁的影响,确定了岩描梁的保护区域并制定了岩描梁的震动控制标准。试验研究为工程的安全、快速施工提供了重要的技术支撑。

Abstract:Rock-anchor beam is an important structural element of the underground powerhouse of Manwan Hydropower Station.In order to guide the blasting construcition within the rock-anchor beam located area,5 groups of experiments on blasting construction conditions are designed in combination with the central slotting excavation in the third layer of the powerhouse where the rock-anchor beam is located in on the basis of the in situ investigation,so as to avoid the impact of disturbance from the blasting excavation for the rock-anchor beam.Through the regression analysis on the data from the experiments,both the blasting seismic wave propagation law and the impact on the rock-anchor beam from the excavation blasting are obtained,and then not only the protection area for the rock-anchor beam is determined,but the vibration control standards for the rock-anchor is also established.This experimental study have provides an important technical support for the safe and fast construction of the project.
