摘    要:催化膜燃烧技术是将具有催化性能的金属加载在较薄的催化剂载体上,将与空气充分混合的天然气点燃后在载体上进行无焰燃烧,载体上温度分布比较均匀,燃烧中产生的NOx含量很低,甚至接近零排放,是环保与节能的一种有效方法。在对家用天然气燃烧炉改造的基础上,通过实验研究了不同燃—空比条件下NOx的排放情况以及系统燃烧的热效率特性。结果发现:天然气催化膜燃烧的燃—空比范围在4%~11%之间;在一定的燃烧条件下,燃—空比为6%(体积分数)时,天然气能实现较好催化燃烧效果,系统达到了最高的热效率,同时取得了较好的排放效果。最后从理论上初步分析了天然气催化膜燃烧的机理。

Abstract:Catalytic film combustion is one of the most effective methods for environment protection and energy conservation, in which the catalysis metal is coated on the quite thin support, and the gas fully mixed with air is ignited and burned on the support without flame. The uniformity temperature distributes on the support and little or no NO x is produced with even zero-emission. Based on the experiments in the modified gas combustor used at home, the NO x emission and the thermal efficiency in the conditions of different fuel-air ratio are studied. The results show when the fuel-air ratio of the gas catalytic film burning ranges from 4% to 11%,under given combustion conditions, the good catalytic effect of gas combustion can be obtained at the ratio of 6%, i.e. the system arrives at the highest thermal efficiency and the smallest pollution. In the end, the combustion mechanism of the gas catalytic film is preliminary analyzed on theory.
