摘    要:本文针对大庆油田第六采油厂喇嘛甸油田外输油管道的缺陷检测和管体材料理化实验的结果,利用基于API579评价方法的管道缺陷剩余强度评价软件,进行管体剩余强度评价;建立了基于径向深度腐蚀速率的一维腐蚀寿命预测模型和基于轴向长度、环向宽度和径向深度腐蚀速率的三维腐蚀寿命预测模型,并对所检测的腐蚀剩余寿命进行了预测。

Abstract:According to the inspection of the transmission pipeline of the Lamadian oilfield in the sixth petroleum production factory and results of the experiments on the physical and chemical property of the pipeline steel, the remaining strength assessment is made in this paper to the pipe using software based on API 579. One dimensional model based on radial corrosion rate and three dimensional model based on axial, radial and circumferential corrosion rates are also developed to make the life prediction. Finally these two models are applied to predict the remaining corrosion life of a few inspected corrosion spots.
