| 摘 要： | 促进贫困大学生的健康发展是贫困大学生资助工作的本质要义．针对目前资助工作以经济帮扶为主而忽视育人功能的现状，提出将经济资助、精神资助、学习资助、能力资助融于一体，构建全方位的贫困生资助体系，以达到资助和育人的双重功效．

| Abstract: | Promoting healthy development of poor college students is the essence of subsidization work. According to the current situation of subsidization work that emphasizes economic help but ignores its educational function, this paper puts forward to construct omnidirectional subsidi zation system which includes economic help, mental help, study help and ability help to achieve double efficacies of subsidization and education. |
