小开距真空电弧特性实验设计与研究

摘    要:对小开距真空电弧进行了实验设计以及其特性诊断过程进行了阐述,通过实验,得到了小开距真空电弧伏安特性、相对电子密度和相对光强度分布曲线,为智能相控开关的设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:An experimental setup was designed to incestigate the characteristics of vacuum arc in shortgap, and the method of diagnosing the properties of plasma in vacuum was also presented. The voltampere characteristics in different gaps, the distributions of relative electron density and relative light intensity were discussed. The results provided a theoretical foundation for designing the intelligent phase-controlled switches.
