| 摘 要： | 舵机测试系统是导弹生产线上的重要设备.设计了用于振动及高低温环境的舵机自动测试系统,着重介绍了它的硬件及软件组成.该系统自动实现多种信号的给定、实时数据采集、处理、存储和分析等功能,操作方便且高效.实验结果表明,系统性能良好,工作稳定,达到了设计要求.

| Abstract: | The control actuator testing system is one of the key deceives throughout the whole manufacturing line of missiles. The design of the control actuator vibration and temperature automatic testing system is discussed in this paper. The software and hardware composition of the system are the main contents of this thesis. The system automatically gives several kinds of control signals, realizes real - time data acquisition, processing, storing, analyzing, as well as other various functions easily and efficiently. Experimental results prove this system works well with stable performance,and meets the requirements of design. |
