| 摘 要： | 本文介绍制作电光相位调制器行波电极所采用的一种无氰镀金的方法.实践表明,此方法可快速得到镀层致密,金黄色而有光泽,与金属结合力好又易焊接的电镀层.

| Abstract: | In this paper a gold-plating method for manufacture of travelling-wave electrode of electro-optic phase modulator without using cyanide is introduced. Experiment results show that electroplating film is compact and Iustrous and it is easy to manufacture,combine with metal and solder. |
