| 摘 要： | 为平衡普通冷轧管机传动系统内的部分惯性力与惯性矩,在偏心齿轮上配以平衡用扇形块.正确选择扇形块的质量和位置,可以改善系统受力状况和轧机的工作效率.本文给出了系统中包括扇形块在内的各部件的惯性力和惯性矩的计算公式,以合理确定扇形块的质量和位置.

| Abstract: | A segment can be used in drirving system of cold tube mill to balance the inertial force and inertial moment in operation.The formulas for calculation of inertial force and inertial moment are derived out in this paper.Which can gain the reasonable mass and positon of the segment,and improve the force-acting condition and efficiency of mill. |
