基于CPLD的四相步进电机细分驱动器设计

摘    要:研制了一种四相步进电机细分驱动器,采用硬件描述语言VHDL在CPLD芯片中写入参考电流数据并设计出斩波电路,驱动器通过片外的D/A转换和功率放大即可驱动电机正向或反向转动.该驱动器可以实现最大为128的步距角细分,细分数可调,能对步进电机实现精确、实时的控制且成本低廉.

Abstract:A 4-phase micro stepping driver based on CPLD was designed in the paper.We wrote the reference date of electric current in CPLD and designed chopper with VHDL.The driver can drive stepping motor to roll forward or backward with the DA converter and power amplifier.The maximum subdivision number of micro-step can reach 128,and the subdivision number is adjustable.The driver can realize accurate and real-time control over stepping motor and the cost is relatively low.
