| 摘 要： | 考虑材料加工硬化和摩擦边界条件等，应用ANSYS软件对旋压缩口（收径）的变形进行了分析，得出在壁厚不同情况下，应力、应变等值线。讨论了旋轮角度对变形力的影响，为进一步合理地确定工艺参数提供了可靠依据。

| Abstract: | The spinning necking in process is analysed by the ANSYS software considering the effects of the material hardening and friction boundary conditions on the process for the tubes of different thicknesses.The isolines of stress and strain are given.Also,the effects of spinning wheel angles on spinning force are discussed.Further,the process parameters can be determined properly on basis of the analysis results. |
