纯铜细薄带状型材规定塑性延伸强度R_(P0.2)的测试

摘    要:针对连续屈服材料的细薄带状型材,规定塑性延伸强度RP0.2测定进行探求。结合整个试验测试系统选用大变形计替代一般接触式电子引伸计,避免了由于在细薄带状型材上安装电子引伸计自重的影响,而使测试结果产生较大误差。从试验力测量范围、大变形测量系统数值有效范围及试验结果3个方面,对试样(大变形计)标距的取值范围进行了分析。试验结果表明,当试样(大变形计)标距的取值大于300mm时,测定的数据具有较好的重复性,数据有效,可替代昂贵的激光引伸计、视频引伸计进行类似细薄带状型材RP0.2值的测试。

Abstract:Focusing on thin and light banded profile of continuous yield material,this study discussed the test of proof strength of plastic extension RP0.2.Based on the entire experimental test system,this research selected large deformation extensometer instead of normal touchable electronic extensometer.This method avoids the error resulted from the extensometer weight when electronic extensometer is installed on thin and light banded profile.Moreover,the study analyzed the gauge length range of test specimen(large deformation extensometer),according to the measuring range of test force,the valid range of large deformation measurement system and the experimental results.The experimental results showed that when the gauge length of test specimen(large deformation extensometer) was more than 300mm,the measurement data had good repeatability and were valid.Thus,the proposed method in this paper can replace expensive laser extensometers and video extensometers to measure the RP0.2 of similar materials.
