摘    要:从状态检修专家系统的数学模型确立、硬件建设、资料收集、中心数据库建立以及可实施性等角度,探索了利用太平湾电厂计算机监控系统和机组振动摆度监测系统提供的水轮发电机组运行参数开发状态检修专家诊断系统的软、硬件环境及实施方案。

Abstract:An expert system for condition-based maintenance of hydropower generating units is explored from the angles of establishment of the mathematic model for condition-based maintenance, hardware construction, information collection, and central database construction. Based on the operation data from the computer monitoring system and the generating unit vibration and oscillation amplitude monitoring system at Taipingwan Hydropower Plant, this paper provides the software/ hardware environment and the possible implementation plans for the development of condition-based maintenance expert system.
