摘    要:环氧树脂是树脂传递模塑非常重要的基体树脂,但是通用的环氧树脂自身黏度较大,限制了其使用的范围。提供了一种低黏度的RTM用环氧树脂体系的制备方法,对各组分对其性能的影响进行了细致的研究,发现该改性环氧树脂体系具有优异的工艺性能,然后对该体系进行了表征,对其结构和性能的关系进行了研究,表明该树脂有非常好的高温性能。

Abstract:Epoxy resin is a very important matrix resin of resin transfer molding,however,the high viscosity of epoxy resin greatly restricts its application.A preparation method of low viscosity epoxy resin system for the RTM is proposed,and the effects of its every components on the performances have been studied in detail.It is found that this modified epoxy resin system has excellent technological properties,and then the system is characterized.The relationship between its structure and performances are studied.The results show that this resin has a very good high temperature property.
