| 摘 要： | 东北阔叶才经蒸球化学预处理后，采用无刀式磨浆设备动态挤压磨解，当得率在74．5％－84．4％时，用作底浆，可生产A级箱纸板。动态挤压磨浆的特殊机理，使纤维长度得到充分保留；纤维细胞初生壁在动态挤压下局部剥落，纤维变得柔软；动态挤压的揉搓作用，使纤维变形、分丝；浆料易于打浆，成纸强度高。 |

| Abstract: | After chemically pretreated,Northeast hardwood was extruded and refined by none-knife refining equipment.When theyield is between 74.5% and 84.4%,it can be used as the base pulp for producing standard A paper board.The special dynamicextruding and refining mechanism fully retain the fiber length;the fiber cell wall is partly peeled under the dynamic extruding,and thefiber becomes soft.The dynamic rubbing makes fiber transformed,disparted.It is easy to beat, then high strength paper can be made. |
