摘    要:用双氧水氧化反应与溶剂萃取分离相结合的方法对直流柴油氧化脱硫。考察了溶剂用量、反应时间、相转移剂种类及用量对脱硫率的影响。结合生产实际,确定了实验室最佳操作条件:V(剂):V(油)=1.7:1;反应时间3h;相转移剂(四丁基溴化铵)35mg有利于氧化脱硫。结果表明,在最佳条件下,脱硫率可达100%,满足国家标准的要求。

Abstract:Using both the method of hydrogen peroxide oxidation and the method of solvent extrac- tion,the oxidation desulfurization of straight-run diesel was carried out.Inspected the effect of solvent dosage,reaction time,phase transfer agent types and dosage on the desulfurization rate.Contacted with actual production,determined optimum operating conditions for laboratory:agent and oil ratio is 1.7:1;reaction time 3 h;phase transfer agent(Tetrabutyl Ammonium Bromide)dosage is 35 mg to oxida- tive desulfurization.The results showed that under the best conditions,the desulfurization rate maybe up to 100%,to meet national standards.
