基于89C51的线束检测系统设计

摘    要:目前检测线束质量的手段相当落后,仅靠万用表、蜂鸣器或指示灯用手工逐点搭接,观察有否电、声或光信号来判断线束通断,这样效率低,还易造成错检或漏检。本文中设计的线束检测系统,由单片机控制多路电子开关进行数据采集,计算机分析,来判断线束质量,功能强大,界面友好。整套线束检测不到5 s,提高了效率,采用智能分析,无错误现象发生。且整套系统成本不到国外线束检测设备的十分之一,可以在线束厂家广泛应用。

Abstract:Now many methods of wiring harness testing are inefficient that still only depending on the multimeter,the buzzer or the indicating lamp to judge make-and-break,which lead to the wrong examines or the omission easily.In this paper,a new design of wiring harness testing system is discussed.Through the multi-channel electronic switching controlled by the single chip microcomputer,data is collected and analyzed by computer.enhance the efficiency,the intelligent analysis reduce wrong examines,and testing the entire system only costs 5 seconds and 1/10 capital compared with the foreign testers.
