| 摘 要： | 采用一种新的脱墨工艺--溶剂预处理,针对混合办公废纸中最难处理的静电复印纸和激光打印纸进行脱墨研究,通过分析残余油墨尘埃粒子的数目、粒径,以及二次纤维的光学性能,评价了溶剂预处理对脱墨效果的影响,并对工艺条件与流程进行优化.实验结果表明,溶剂预处理可以有效地提高混合办公废纸的脱墨效率.

| Abstract: | A novel method to improve deinking effect for photocopied and laser printed office waste paper by a selected solvent was investigated. Through analyzing particle number and particle size of residual ink as well as brightness, the effects of solvent pretreatment on deinking process for mixed office paper were evaluated, meanwhile, deinking process was optimized. Experiment results showed that solvent pretreatment can effectively promote the deinking efficiency for mixed office waste paper. |
