柴油机连杆疲劳强度研究

摘    要:本文通过CAE仿真分析与疲劳试验相结合的方法对某柴油机连杆疲劳特性进行了研究,根据柴油机连杆在工作状态下的受力状况,对其进行了拉压工况下的有限元计算,计算了连杆结构的应力分布特性,获得连杆结构中相对薄弱的疲劳区域;同时按照一定的强化要求对其进行拉压疲劳试验,分别获得大小头部位的载荷与疲劳寿命的关系,最后对连杆疲劳断裂部位进行断口分析。

Abstract:The fatigue property of an engine connecting rod was studied with CAE and fatigue test. With respect to its tension, the property of the structural stress distribution of the connecting rod is calculated with FEM according to working conditions. The severe 'fatigue area was found. Then, the relationship between the load shared by the small and big ends of the connecting rod is obtained after the tense and fatigue test according to the requirement for strength. Finally, this paper analyzes the fatigue fracture of the connecting rod.
