摘    要:带钢自动对中纠偏/对边控制系统(CPC/EPC)是板带生产线中不可缺少的环节,结合其工作原理与实际使用情况,对生产过程中出现的问题进行了分析和总结。采用PLC对CPC/EPC系统中的液压站电控系统进行改进,降低了设备故障的停机率,确保了生产的稳定高效。

Abstract:The strip steel automatic CPC/EPC system is an inevitable part in strip steel production line. Combining its working principle with practical conditions in the production, this paper analyzes problems during the production and renovates the electric control system of the hydraulic station in the CPC/EPC system by using PLC. In this way, equipment downtimes could be reduced and stable and high efficiency production could be guaranteed.
