摘    要:SO2是大气主要污染物之一,火电厂普遍采用石灰石作为脱硫剂来降低SO2的排放量.通过分析电石渣的脱硫机理,物理、化学性质及经济性,说明电石渣替代石灰石作为脱硫剂的可行性.同时,论述了电石渣作为脱硫剂在不同脱硫工艺中的优缺点。对各种工艺在工程技术上应用的可行性进行了分析,以此为火电行业的脱硫改造提供参考.

Abstract:SO2 is one of the main air pollutants, and coal-fired power plants mainly use limestone in FGD (flue gas desulfurization) technology. The application of calcium carbide residues used as desulfurizer for FGD is feasible by analyzing the gas desulfurization mechanism, physical, chemical characteristics and economic value. Further analysis a- bout the advantages and disadvantages of calcium carbide residues in different desulfurizating process are introduced in details. It is an effective reference to FGD reform for some coal-fired power plants.
