火电厂空压机控制系统互联与通信应用研究

摘    要:针对火电厂空压机控制系统改造时,空压机控制器和上层控制系统分别采用不同厂家的可编程控制器的问题,提出一种解决方案,即利用MODBUS协议,完成欧姆龙和三菱2种可编程控制器的通信,实现2组空压机站与上位机之间的互联与通信.实际运行结果表明,现场数据采集与处理时间在毫秒级,能够满足控制系统实时性要求.

Abstract:During the reformation of air compressor control system in power plant, programmable controllers produced by different manufactures are adopted as the upper air compressor controller and the upper control system. In this pa- per, a solution is put forward that omron and mitsubishi two programmable controller communication are completed, and the connections and communications between the two groups of air compressor station and the upper machine is realized by using MODBUS protocol. The actual operation shows that the data acquisition and processing time is milli- seconds level, it can satisfy the control system in real-time.
