智能电能表静电放电抗扰度试验研究

摘    要:分析了静电放电产生的原理及其危害,通过对各级标准和静电放电抗扰度试验的研究,针对如何测试智能电能表抗静电放电干扰能力,提出首先进行静电放电发生器符合度验证试验,并通过实践摸索了一套智能电能表静电放电抗扰度试验方法,从而保证智能电能表的工艺设计符合抗静电放电干扰的需要.

Abstract:This paper analyzed the principle and harm of electrostatic discharge, and researched the relative standard and electrostatic discharge immunity testing. First of all, the reliable validation of electrostatic discharge generator is tested. Then a method of smart meter electrostatic discharge immunity testing on how to measure the capability of smart meter defending the electrostatic discharge interference is proposed. Consequently the testing can ensure the de- sign of smart meter against electrostatic discharge interference.
