超越离合器自锁本质辨析

摘    要:为了研究超越离合器的工作原理是否是"自锁",分析了摩擦锁紧的两种状态:"自锁"和"压紧不打滑",从工作条件、几何结构和锁紧原理的角度对这两种状态进行了比较,并重点分析了链环式超越离合器,得出链环式超越离合器的工作原理是自锁的结论.

Abstract:The focus is laid on whether the working principle of overrunning clutch is self-locking.Two kinds of friction holding are analyzed:self-locking and pressing-non-slipping,and compared from points of view of working condition,geometrical structure and principle of holding,especially for chain-ring overrunning clutch.It is concluded that the working principle of chain-ring overrunning clutch is self-locking.
