创新教育与教学管理创新

实施创新教育，必须在教学管理上创新。要以创新教育的理念来审视教学管理、指导教学管理。要在课程管理、教学评价、学籍管理等方面贯穿创新教育的理念，推进教学管理的创新。改进和完善课程管理，是实施创新教育的重要环节，要尽可能多地开出新课程，以达到课程综合化、多元化；要根据创新教育的特点建立发展性学生学习评价体系，积极推进发展性教师评价制度；同时要积极推进学籍管理制度的改革以适应创新教育要求。

Innovating Education and Innovation of Teaching Management

It is necessary to innovate in teaching management when it comes to creative education. Adopting the theory of innovating education to inspect and guide teaching management, carrying it through curricular management, teaching evaluation and status management, advance the innovation of teaching management. This paper holds that better and perfect curricular management is an important part in it. Opening more new courses will obtain the integration and diversification of curricula. To establish learning evaluation system of the student's developing ability based on the trait of innovate education, advancing the evaluate system of developing teacher actively. At the same time advancing the reform of status management system actively in order to adapt the need of innovate education.
