摘    要:介绍了一种基于通用串行总线(USB)接口的高速数据采集卡的研制,在分析USB接口芯片PDIUSBD12的基础之上实现了在以ARMTTDMI为内核的嵌入式系统中扩展USB接口;在硬件方面介绍了所选用的主要芯片并且简要描述了该系统的硬件配置及工作原理;在软件方面采用Lab Windows CVI 7.0开发了应用程序,在Visual C++6.0环境下开发了USB驱动程序;同时完成了固件中数据采集程序的开发,其重点是数据采集中断程序的开发,最后,实际检测数据采集卡的各项参数并进行了实际测试和性能分析;经实测,此嵌入式效据采集系统比传统的数据采集系统具有更高的实时性和稳定性,同时硬件的体积更小、功耗更低、扩展性更强。

Abstract:The development of a data acquisition card based on USB bus is introduced.On the basis of analyzing USB interface chip PDI- USBD12,enlarging USB interface in the Embedded System which is in the core of ARM7TDMI is discussed.It uintroduces the main picked chips and also describes the configuration and principle of the card in the hardware design,the application program is developed by Lab Win- dows CVI 7.0 and USB device driver is programmed in Visual C 6.0 in the software design and the data acquisition program in firm- ware design whose central part is data acquisition interruption routine.Finally,practically test all kinds of parameters of the card,and ana- lyses the parameters in principle.This system is safer than the traditional data acquisition system and has a good real-time performance. Meanwhile,the volume of the hardware is smaller,the power consumption is lower,the expansibility is stronger.
