摘    要:主要介绍了铸造生产中铸造装备应用物联网系统局域范围的监控尝试。分别对双质体振动落砂机、自硬砂混砂机、大型振实台进行实时监控并进行实时调整的工作尝试。探索铸造装备在铸造生产中利用物联网系统,提高生产管理水平的可行性和必然性。

Abstract:This paper introduces the trial monitoring to the internet of things system applied in foundry equipment. The doublematter shakeout machine, self-hardening sand mixer and heavy jolt table were made trial real time monitoring and adjustment. The internet of things system applied in foundry equipment has feasibility and necessity to improve production management standards.
