MnO2/碳气凝胶粉末复合电极材料制备与性能研究

摘    要:以间苯二酚(R)和甲醛为原料,碳酸钠(C)为催化剂,制备了碳气凝胶粉末(CRF),并以KBrO3和MnSO4?H2O为原料,采用水热法制备了MnO2/CRF复合材料。采用N2吸附、X射线衍射技术对所制备的复合材料进行了表征。结果表明,水热法制备的MnO2材料为纯的软锰矿相,且碳气凝胶粉的加入并未影响MnO2的晶体结构。在1mol/LKOH电解液中进行的循环伏安和计时电位扫描测试表明,电极材料电化学性能稳定,具有较好的可逆性;在1mA电流密度下进行充放电测试时,电极比电容为146.6F/g;再循环500次后,电极仍能保持稳定的电容,显示出该电极材料是一理想的电化学电极材料。

Abstract:The carbon aerogel was prepared by the polycondensation of resorcinol (R) with formaldehyde (F) and sodium carbonate was added as a catalyst (C). Hydrothermal method was used to prepare MnO2/CRF composite using KBrO3 and MnSO4?H2O as raw materials. The structure of composite was characterized by N2 adsorption and XRD. The result shows that MnO2 prepared by hydrothermal method is pure pyrolusite, and the add of carbon aerogel powder doesn’t influence its crystal structure. Electrochemical characterization was performed using cyclic voltammetry and chronopotentiometry in 1 mol/L KOH aqueous solution electrolyte. The electrode has a stable electrochemistry performance, and preferable reversibility, the specific capacitanceof MnO2/CRF electrode was 146.6 F/g under 1 mA current densities.The electrode presented a stable capacitance after 500 cycles and it’s an ideal electrochemical materials.
