焊缝金属温预载效应的试验研究

摘    要:通过采用焊络缝金属的带有预纹或缺口的三点弯曲试样进行的正向和反向温预载试验,直接证实了局部残余应力是产生温预载效应的主要原因,并发现试样断口上的解理距离随温预载效应导致的低温韧性的变化而改变。

Abstract:It was verified in this paper that the local residual stresses is the essential factor resulting in the effect of warm-prestressing through both the positive and the reversing warm - prestressing tests using fatigue pre-cracked and notched three point bending specimens made of a weld metal. It was also found that there is variation of cleavage distances on the fractured surfaces accompanied by the changes of the toughnesses at the low tempera-ture resulting from the warm-prestressing.
