摘    要:采用具有可靠性高、抗干扰性强的PLC和拥有友好人机交互界面的WinCC构架设计了闸瓦间隙实时监测系统,详细介绍了系统的总体结构及软件设计。该系统集数据采集、存储、分析和处理功能于一体,实时性强、界面友好。实际应用表明,该系统能实时可靠地监测闸瓦间隙及其故障。

Abstract:A real-time monitoring system of brake clearance was designed based on PLC with high reliability and interference immunity and WinCC with friendly human-machine interface.General structure and software design of the system were introduced in details.The system has functions of data collecting,storing,analyzing and processing,and it has strong real-time and friendly interface.The practical application showed that the system can monitor brake clearance and fault real-timely and reliably.
