城市居住区老年活动中心设计研究

我国已经进入老龄化社会,老年活动中心的建设越来越受到各级政府的重视.全国已经有一定数量的老年人活动场所,但普遍存在服务半径小、活动设施陈旧、建筑功能以及空间形式单一等问题.从老年人的生理特征、心理特征以及行为特征出发,系统地对城市居住区老年活动中心进行研究,提出较全面的建筑设计建议.

Design study on activity centers for the aged in urban communities

China is facing with an aging society, and growing attention has being paid to the development of activity centers for the aged by the government of all levels. At present, there are a number of recreation sites for elderly people, for which, however, narrow service scope, outdated facilities, simplification of building functions, space form and the like present some problems commonly-existed. Based on the physical, psychological and behavior characteristics of the elderly people, this article makes a systematical study on the elderly activity centers in urban communities, and advances some proposals on the architectural designs.
