摘    要:从优化操作工艺和摸索长期运行零污染通量2个角度对浸没式超滤膜污染进行了研究.结果表明:曝气强度为40m3/(m2·h)时,对膜污染的去除可取得良好的效果;运行周期越短,膜污染越轻;存在一个通量范围,在此范围内,TMP和膜阻力随时间增长缓慢,一旦超出了这个范围,TMP和膜阻力便会随时间增长迅速增加.

Abstract:The paper has an experience of ultrafiltration membrane at different operating conditions and different fluxes, which aims at having a studying on the ultrafiltration fouling. It shows that the 40 m^3/(m^2· h) gas intensity plays a very good effect on membrane fouling removal. The shorter the selected operating cycle is, the lighter the membrane fouling will be. And there is a range of flux. Under the flux, transmembrane pressure will increase very slowly. But if the flux exceeds it, transmembrane pressure will increase rapidly.
