青岛近代银行建筑保护与再利用策略研究

青岛近代银行建筑是青岛近代历史建筑的一个重要组成部分,是青岛不可替代的文化遗产,在胶东半岛金融业乃至全国金融业都占有举足轻重的地位.对青岛近代银行建筑的历史沿革和现状进行了调研,从历史建筑再利用角度对青岛近代银行建筑保护策略进行了分析研究,期望能为我国近代历史建筑保护再利用带来一些启示.

Study on protection and reusing research of modern Qingdao bank buildings

Modern Qingdao bank buildings are not only important parts of the historical buildings,but also unexampled cultural heritage,which takes up apivotal position in Shandong Bandao financial industry and even in the nationwide scope.Guantao Road and Zhongshan Road were the earliest developed financial streets in ancient time.The Custom,Houhai Quay,Dagang Station and Qingdao Port have already made an enough preparation for the financial sector.The new bank buildings take a leading position in urban construction.This paper carries out a cursory historical investigation and current status of the historical buildings,and then discusses protection strategies for Qingdao modern bank buildings from the reuse of historical buildings with an expectation of bringing some enlightenment to the reuse of Qingdao modern architectural conservation.
