| 摘 要： | BIM(建筑信息模型)的出现带来了新的技术思维,并渐渐地改变着设计师的设计习惯.以BIM技术为出发点,结合实际项目研究其在建筑设计中的应用.BIM在设计中的应用,提高了建筑设计的信息集成度,进而提高了建筑的可持续能力.

| Abstract: | Due to the appearance of BIM,a kind of new building technology thought appears, and changes the design habits of designers gradually.The study takes BIM as a beginning point,and then analyzes the application in architectural designing with the real projects.The applications in architecture designing improve the integration level of information and the sustainable capacity of buildings. |
