| 摘 要： | 竣工结算审计是确定建设工程造价的重要环节,要严格执行合同条款,采用有效手段核定工程量,审核设计变更和现场签证资料,审核计算直接费用时套用定额是否正确,审核主要材料的价格,审核取费费率和计算步骤,最后检查结算编制有无计算错弊,通过各种比较分析确定合理的结算价格.
