| Abstract: | A method for determination of content of paracetamol in Child Pediatric Paracetamol and Amantadine Hydrochloride Granules by HPLC was established.The separation was performed on a column of Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm),with methanol∶water(40∶60) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1.The detection wavelength was 275 nm and the injection volume was 20 μL.The results showed that paracetamol of 5.84～58.4 μg · mL-1 had a good linear relationship,the regression equation for paracetamol was y=20.96x+0.8787,R2=0.9998,the average recovery was 103.3%,RSD=3.57%.This method is convenient,accurate,and reproducible.Therefore,it can serve as a novel way to determine the content of paracetamol in Child Pediatric Paracetamol and Amantadine Hydrochloride Granules. |
