摘    要:研究了以十二烷基磺酸铁为催化剂合成邻苯二甲酸二环己酯的新工艺,考察了催化剂用量、醇酸摩尔比、反应时间、催化剂重复使用次数及带水剂等对邻苯二甲酸二环己酯收率的影响。结果表明,以十二烷基磺酸铁作为催化剂,具有催化效果好、用量少、酯收率高、污染小、价格低等特点。在邻苯二甲酸酐用量为O.1 mol、环己醇用量为0.28mol、...

Abstract:The synthesis of dicyclohexyl phthalate catalyzed by ferric tri-dodecanesulfonate was studied in this article.The effects of catalyst amount,molar ratio of cyclohexanol to phthalic anhydride,reaction time,catalyst reused times,and water-carrying agent amount on the yield of dicyclohexyl phthalate were investigated.The experiment results showed that ferric tri-dodecanesulfonate had a lot of merits,such as high catalytical activity,little amount,high esterification yield,low pollution,low cost,good reusability and so on.The optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows:phthalic anhydride amount of 0.1 mol,cyclohexanol amount of 0.28 mol,catalyst amount of 2.5 g,reaction time of 3.0 h,water-carrying agent amount of 15 mL.Under above conditions,the yield of dicyclohexyl phthalate could be up to 93.6%.
